Using specialty-grade beans in the top 5% and above, our small-batch roasting process preserves the distinct flavors of each origin. The slow roast allows natural sugars to caramelize and the beans to develop evenly from the inside out. This enhances sweetness, smooths acidity, and builds a fuller body in every cup.
